Gary Kolbeck
As President of LodgeNet Healthcare, Gary Kolbeck is responsible for carrying out the company’s mission to provide hospitals with patient engagement tools that increase patient satisfaction, improve clinical outcomes and promote operational efficiencies.
Mr. Kolbeck began his tenure with LodgeNet Interactive in May 1990 as an electrical design engineer. He then segued into a myriad of different managing director positions within the Engineering and Technology Development group.
In 2003, with three design patents under his belt, Mr. Kolbeck leveraged LodgeNet’s comprehensive understanding of the way in which consumers interact with televisions to create a unique patient engagement solution for the healthcare industry. He has been instrumental in growing LodgeNet’s Healthcare, which was recently established as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary.
Mr. Kolbeck is a graduate of South Dakota State University where he earned Electrical Engineering and Computer Science degrees.
